A place to slow down and savor the moment
North Fork Boardwalk sits at the crossroads of Colorado's mining history and its culinary renaissance. Our boardwalk dining room opens onto mountain views that shift with the light — from alpenglow at dusk to starlit clarity after dark.
Every dish on our menu is built around what the region produces: heritage grains from the San Luis Valley, game from the surrounding national forests, and seasonal vegetables from local farms. Our cocktail program pairs house-made infusions with spirits chosen for their character.
